These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the StatusHive platform accessible at statushive.dev (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
"User" refers to any natural or legal person who creates an account and uses the Service.
"Monitor" refers to a URL or endpoint configured for periodic uptime checks.
"Status Page" refers to a public or private page displaying the status of one or more Monitors.
"Incident" refers to a user-declared event indicating a service disruption.
"Subscription" refers to the paid plan chosen by the User to access premium features.
StatusHive provides a website and API monitoring service. The Service allows Users to:
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify StatusHive of any unauthorized use of your account. StatusHive reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms.
The Service offers a free tier and paid plans (Starter, Pro). Prices are displayed in euros and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided. StatusHive reserves the right to modify its pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You must not:
StatusHive strives to maintain the Service available 24/7. However, StatusHive does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control. StatusHive shall not be liable for any damages resulting from temporary service interruptions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. StatusHive shall not be held liable for:
StatusHive's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. StatusHive may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
