Refund Policy

Refund Principle

StatusHive offers a free tier that allows you to fully test the service before subscribing to a paid plan. Because you can evaluate the service at no cost before purchasing, all paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis with fairness and transparency.

Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription, provided that:

  • You have not extensively used the paid features during this period
  • You contact us with a clear explanation of why the service does not meet your needs

After the 14-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Your subscription date

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Subscriptions older than 14 days
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial-month usage (we do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations)
  • Downgrades from a higher plan to a lower plan
